Digital Products

All products sold on WAFRED are digital downloads.

Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are generally final.

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
You are unable to access your purchased product due to a technical issue on our website.
We are unable to deliver the product you purchased.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind.
Purchasing the wrong product.
Not reading the product description before purchasing.
Incompatibility with your device or software when the requirements were clearly stated.
Failure to download the file after successful delivery due to customer error.
